Why TONIC is a winter must!
June was so good to us for so long, tricking us into thinking those sunny skies might stay, but the rain and the cold have finally properly descended and, just like Jon Snow, we finally have to say it - winter is here! And with the weather has come the dreaded onslaught of coughs, colds and weary bodies - but we have a champion ready, to fight that flu for you.
We know we're always banging on about the incredible benefits of our ACV infused tonics, but we rave about them because they actually WORK, and we'd like to tell you HOW! It all starts with the base - apple cider vinegar helps the body to keep pH levels balanced, which can help prevent colds and flu germs from getting cozy in your nose and chest. A properly alkalized body is unappealing to germs! The potassium present helps thin any mucus that might be congesting your sinus, and the acetic acid present inhibits bacterial growth. Pretty powerful stuff, right?!
And THEN we add the real gold, infusing all your winter time "go to's" into one - rosemary, thyme, oregano, horseradish, lemon, sea parsley and garlic (immune system boosters), turmeric, ginger, orange, lemon myrtle, raw onion and habanero chilli (anti inflammatory wonders).
