Hello from Wild Vinegar!
We have launched!
Finally after a long talk with our "mothers", our tonics are ready just in time for winter to smash away all of that nasty flu!
We have been busy building our new HQ in an old mechanics store in the South West, making the place look spick and span for our launch. With our new wild yeast production facility, our tonics and fruit vinegars are cracking on, making us one of Australia’s only craft fruit vinegaries.
We have also been organising with our farmers new seasonal produce which is super exciting! The latest score, fresh off the orchard, was a batch of plums which have been foot pressed & wild yeast fermented ready to be introduced to its mother.
We are also in the process of bottling all of our native infused vinegars & some other exciting products so stay tuned!
If you are in WA, we're taking to the streets in June - you'll see us pop up in a place near you soon! If not, please drop us a line and tell us where you would love to see us - we'll try do some fast talking/moving and get there.
