Good nights at Wild Vinegar...
We love being part of a community that supports the creative, the maker and the risk taker. Wild Vinegar Co itself was born out of a desire to create a quality product in a way that would celebrate craft, local ingredients, and be a champion amongst/for locally owned and run business. That is why we were so thrilled to get behind Kelsie, girl boss of Good Nights, and throw open our HQ doors for the very first time to host one of her magic gigs!
And what a debut it was!
We were lucky enough to find our dates lining up with the debut tour of East Coast duo "The Ahern Brothers" - as soon as we heard their album (self titled) we knew they'd be a perfect fit for Vinegar. Their lush harmonies, wistful songwriting and stripped back guitar sound reminded us of classic Americana artists like The Everly Brothers, but with something fresh that just had us hooked. In the same way, we watched the crowd gathered this past Friday night fall for them with every song, and scramble to snap up a vinyl after the show!
We also were massively wowed by local hero Davey Craddock, who delivered a powerful set in support of the Brothers - a big stand out for us was new tune "One Punch", and we're thinking that the rest of Oz is going to love it too when he drops his new album!
We want to say thank you to Kelsie / Good Nights for sharing such a great night with us, to The Ahern Brothers and Davey Craddock for blessing us with your music, Dean and Sharon Lomax for filming the magic so we get to remember it always, and our buddy Taj Kempe for coming down and taking some extra snaps.
We also want to thank all of YOU for spending some time at our HQ with us, and enjoying the space we love to work in every day! Everybody who came took home a bottle of our Healthy Tonic (including the artists, who are gonna love those bottled health benefits on tour!) and it was just really cool to share OUR passion with this delightful crowd.
